Today I did a session of a beautiful 9 day old baby boy. How gorgeous is he?! I love that mom was as determined as me to get ‘the shot’. She must have the photographer gene in there somewhere :) After all our hard work, I think we ended up with some pretty lovely images for mom & dad :)
I have been away on holidays for the past week…and couldnt figure out the “out of office” buttons on my email. I find it quite interesting that I can do most things – Im a pretty self sufficient woman actually. but ask me to answer a second call on my cell phone or god forbid use an electronic scheduler….fageddaboudit!!!!! I am useless people. So I send out my apologies if you’ve been trying to reach me to no avail.
However, the good news is…I can post images on my blog like an old pro now. here comes some pics of the Man-child in MickeyLand. what a hoot. Compared to this snowy Spring were having here in Calgary, good Ol’ Orlando is looking pretty awesome at 28 degrees.
Our little man loved the explosions, fast cars and exciting rides! What a superb age to visit DisneyWorld.
We stayed at an unbelievable family resort called the Reunion Resort. check out this awesome water park for our little fish!
Our main floor condo was on the golf course and we had these ’sand cranes’ come visit us every day. Jack figured they’d like cheese flavoured Goldfish crackers as much as he does :) our little poser.
well…back to shovelling and dreaming of palm trees again. SIGH.
Finally…a beautiful day in Calgary. A perfect way to start off Spring…a belly shoot! Jen, you were amazing…and how gorgeous are you!!!! I so enjoyed my time these two lovely people. It was hard to not feel the great love they have for each other…and for their new little babe who will be so lucky to join their family. You made my job very easy – and extremely enjoyable :) Enjoy some of my favorite images from today.
I had the best newborn session today. It wasnt because of the beautiful baby boy…or the funny little 2 yr old…it was because of the great easy going mom! Nikki you made it to the top of the list for the awesome mom award!! It was such a pleasure to meet you today and capture your beautiful boys. I cant believe we got this ’semi-newborn’ to sleep :) Can I secretly be happy that your other photographer bailed on you when he was only 5 days old? Im so happy you came to me!! YAY.
